You were laid off. Your runway is burning while you retype the same resume into Workday for the 40th time. We take that off your plate: real humans in Seattle apply to 25–35 roles a week for you — each one tailored from your verified experience, each one receipted. You spend your hours on interviews and referrals instead.
The math you're up against
The volume it takes to get interviews in this market is a part-time job by itself — and it's the part of the search that moves the needle least per hour of your time.
How it works
Three steps, and the grind is off your plate within days of checkout.
A structured session where we verify your real experience, wins, and targets. Everything we ever write about you traces back to this — nothing invented, nothing inflated.
Seattle-based humans tailor your resume to each posting and submit — including the long enterprise ATS forms (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) that auto-apply bots silently skip.
Every submission comes with a timestamped screenshot and confirmation number in your tracker. You always know exactly what went out, where, and when.
Proof of work
We're a new, deliberately small Seattle operation — so we won't show you invented "10,000 customers" badges. What we will show you, from day one, is evidence: a receipt for every single application we send under your name.
representative receipts · your tracker fills with the real thing from week one
Each application is captured at the moment of submission. No "trust us, we applied."
Company, role, link, date, ATS, confirmation number. Audit it any hour of any day.
Apps sent vs. quota, response rate, and what we're adjusting next week. If we're behind pace, you see it — and so do we.
The honest comparison
The alternatives all leak in the same places: bots that can't finish a Workday form, offshore assistants pasting your resume into ChatGPT, and refund policies you discover after the fact. Compare the rows that actually matter.

Packages
One-time packages sized for an urgent search — not a subscription that renews while you're still unemployed. All packages are final: no refund math, no credit accounting, no surprises. Priced so you won't want one.
Hired before your package is done? Tell us and we stop sending the same day — that's the goal, and the pace is priced in. Packages are final either way. not sure which size? book the free call and we'll tell you honestly — including if you don't need us
A note from the founder
I started this in Seattle because I've been on the wrong side of the layoff email. I know exactly what the weeks after look like: the spreadsheet, the Workday logins, pasting the same ten years of work into forms that time out. The applications are the least valuable use of your hours — and the thing you can least afford to skip.
The existing options bothered me. Auto-apply bots that can't finish an enterprise ATS form. Services that advertise "human assistants" and quietly mean overseas gig workers running your resume through ChatGPT. Refund policies that turn into arguments.
So the rules here are simple: the people applying for you are here in Seattle — you can meet us. Everything we write comes from your verified experience. Every application has a receipt. And the price is one number, paid once, final — said out loud before you buy, not discovered after.
If you're on a runway, don't spread 300 applications over six months. Sprint. We'll sprint with you.
